Our minimum commission (paid by the investor/buyer) is $2,000, which pays you 50% for the referral...in other words, Your minimum commission is $1,000.

* Referred Mobile home, Auto, Boat notes, etc that offer commissions under $2,000 will be turned down, so that we can make and keep this promise to you, the referrer.

The "fine print": We can't accurately quote your (or even our) commission until a validated offer is made on the note.
  Every referrer wants to know at the onset exactly how much the commission will be, but we won't have that answer until the offer is contracted and the buyer "locked in".

When the commission will arrive is a bit easier to predict, however.   Most buys will close within 30 days of the initial offer, at which time the seller receives his/her deposit. You can also expect to receive your commission within 48hrs of the closing.
